Staff-led Committees

At DDF, we believe that empowered and engaged employees are best positioned to advance our mission. We have several employee-led committees, focusing on different interests and areas. For example, each DDF location has a FUN Committee that strengthens our bonds as colleagues through social activities outside of work. Recent events have included walking tours of Central Park, attending baseball games and singing karaoke at pau hana gatherings. Additionally, our GenAI Taskforce encourages the responsible use of generative AI throughout the foundation, experimenting with various tools to improve workflows. New committees and taskforces are continually being created to respond to both internal and external trends. Regardless of your role and expertise in the area, we encourage all staff to get involved where desired.
