Interview Process

Our interview process aims to provide candidates with a comprehensive understanding of our organization while allowing us to learn more about your interest in joining DDF and the unique skills and experiences you can contribute.

Here is an overview of our hiring process:

Application Review

We review applications on a rolling basis. Please refer to each job posting for specific details.

Initial Screening

We contact short-listed candidates for an initial phone screening.

Interviews

Candidates participate in at least one round of interviews, which may include one-on-one meetings, panel interviews or both. These interviews may take place in-person or via Zoom. The final interview round will be in-person with the hiring manager.

Reference Checks

We conduct reference checks for finalists before extending an offer.

We offer comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as other forms of insurance.

Time-off benefits

We value rest and renewal. Full-time employees receive 20 vacation days, 3 personal days and 5 sick days annually, along with 12 paid holidays. We embrace the summer season with Aloha Mondays and Summer Fridays and have an end of year closure to reset for the new year ahead.

15% contribution

We offer a 401(k) retirement plan to help you prepare for the future. Starting your first day, the foundation will contribute 15% of your salary into your 401(K) account — no employee match required.

Paid parental leave

We support growing families. Eligible employees receive 8 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and an additional 4 weeks of partially paid leave.
